3. Rightly dividing the Word of Truth. (2Timothy 2:15)

A. Old Testament shows where we came from, how sin entered the world, prophecies and types of the coming of Christ and Christianity. It contains history of the Patriarchal Age and the Mosaic Age and points to the New Testament.

B. God speaks to us today by Jesus Christ. His life, words, deeds, death, resurrection, ascension, and promised coming again in the New Testament. His sending the Holy Spirit on holy men of God and their giving us the gospel which is the power of God to save. (Romans 1: 16, 17; John 20: 30, 31)

4. Worship in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24) consisting of five divinely appointed items:

A. Singing (Colossians 3:16)

B. Praying (1 Timothy 2:1-6)

C. Reading and Studying the Scriptures (Acts 20:7; 2 Timothy 4:2, 3)

D. Lord's Supper each Sunday (Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:23-30)

E. Giving of our means to carry on God's work (1 Corinthians 16:1, 2)

J. Mission Work among the Amerindians of Guyana South America. Jerry Brantley our missionary makes two trips a year to this country to evangelize and do benevolent work. Over 150 people are baptized each year and many congregations established.

6. Full schedule of services: Sunday school (Bible Study) at 9:30a.m. and Wednesday night (Bible Study) classes at 7p.m. for all ages. The last Wednesday night of each month is devoted to a full service of congregational singing concluding with a devotional.

7. Clifford Dixon is the gospel evangelist. You may call him at (251)867-7651. The church phone during services is (850)256-2588. He is ready to answer your Bible questions, or to counsel with you, and to assist you in obeying the gospel at any hour of the day or night.

8. Gospel Meetings in March of each year and in October or November of each year. This is a time in which outstanding speakers speak on vital Bible subjects.

9. Vacation Bible School is taught each year at a convenient time during the summer months.

10. Home Bible Studies are set up upon request in which we will come into your home and either have Bible Filmstrips or an Open Bible Study. We strive to rightly divide the Scriptures.

11. Regular weekly visitation and prayers for the sick and shut-ins.

12. Recognizing Christ as the head of the church. Undenominatinal.
